Michelle S. Jani, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2007 and have worked in the field of psychology and mental health since 1998. With a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, I currently maintain a private practice serving individuals, couples, and families.
My motivation for this work stems from wanting to be a part of the journey of helping people figure out and work through their struggles. I believe deeply in the importance of healthy, active lifestyles with substantial self-care as therapeutic tools.

Giving Back to the Community
Beyond direct client care, I am passionate about training the next generation of therapists. I have served as an Adjunct Professor in graduate Marriage and Family Therapy programs and as a Clinical Supervisor for MFT interns. This work is deeply meaningful to me as a way of giving back to the community and advancing the field of mental health.

I have lived in both Northern and Southern California and currently reside in Orange County with my family. Outside of work, you can find me hiking, camping, enjoying snow sports, or staying active through various fitness activities. I believe that maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle is essential to overall well-being — for both my clients and myself.
